Historic charm in the heart of town

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The place is super cozy, and our deluxe room had a comfy bed and all the essentials. The full English breakfast was solid, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The only bummer was the noisy crowd in the bar when we checked in, which wasn’t what we were expecting.

Not the best start to our honeymoon!

We spent a night celebrating our wedding, but it didn’t go as planned. Our electronic door failed, and we had to wait till 2 am for our bags. Breakfast was a bust too—no cooked food until after 8:30, which was too late for us. On the bright side, the room was decent and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch.

A brief stay highlighted friendly service, clean, spacious rooms, and good food. the late noise from the bar was annoying, and the lack of a proper check-in area felt odd. a pleasant experience despite some inconveniences.

It was just a proper fit for a quick stop in Royston with great value for money. The room was cozy, and I appreciated the coffee and tea available, even without a kettle. If you're in a rush, maybe consider eating out instead of the breakfast options provided.

Couple's retreat – worth every penny!

We stayed one night and honestly, the room was quirky cool and the shower was really good! Air con in 30 degree heat made me want to move in for the summer.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The Superior Double Room was super clean and cozy, making our two-night stay a breeze. I loved chilling in the lovely garden and sipping tea by the blooming flowers. The bathroom heating was a bit high, but we opened a window, and it didn't affect our experience at all. 😊

banyers house is a charming historic property in the town center. we enjoyed our deluxe double room, which had a very clean en-suite and comfortable beds. the food was freshly cooked and delicious, with great gluten-free options. the staff were super friendly and made our stay even better.
